A Word about Customer Testimonials from Laura: Most of my business is geared towards the wonderful tourists that visit Maui. I see people once or twice while they are visiting and they call me when they return to the islands. Folks on vacation usually don't want to think too much, write emails, or otherwise have to remember anything. This is the case when I ask for testimonials for my website.
