If you are on the island and want the service in the next few days, please call and we will work out a convenient time. If you are booking in advance for a future trip, please send us an email with our booking form below. We will reply to you and confirm the appointment(s).

Cancellation Policy

Na Alii Massage requires your credit card number at the time of booking. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations under 24-hours will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your booking. If you need to cancel, please let us know immediately.

Furthermore, if the therapist arrives at your vacation rental and you are a no-show, you will be charged the full fee for the service(s) you ordered.
